Unlike our cutlery, some/all of the stamping detail on our dishes are filled in using black ink and is likely to fade with use. By purchasing one of our dishes, the customer acknowledges this, and as such accepts that no refunds or exchanges will be made.

As with all of our products, the handstamping process will ensure that each piece is absolutely unique and no two dishes will ever be the same. The characteristics that define them as original mostly come from the hand stamping process. This means the wording and individual letters may not always be completely straight and will never look exactly the same as the keyring pictured. In addition to this, the nature of this softer metal means that each piece will have have additional blemishes in the form of dinks, scratches and discolouration, although we feel these only further celebrate the individualities of each item, adding to the charm that makes your shoe tags truly unique to you.

All measurements are approximate and taken from the widest part of the piece. Please view all pictures to get a better idea of the shape and size of each piece.

UK Shipping
​​​​​​​All UK orders are now sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Delivery for this service is advertised by Royal Mail as being approximately 2 working days. If you require a faster service, you can choose to upgrade at the check out to Tracked 24 (delivered in 1 working day). Both services will have a tracking numbers that allow you to see each step of the shipping process as your order makes its way through the Royal Mail network.

International Shipping
All international orders are sent via a tracked service and aim to deliver in 5-10 working days. Wherever possible, this will be tracked and signed for service, allowing you to follow the progress of your parcel.

Please note that ALL orders are still subject to delay, regardless of location or shipping method. Although incredibly frustrating for us as well as you, this is unfortunately something that's completely out of our control and can occur without prior notice. In the unlikely event that your order is lost or significantly delayed, you may be entitled to a partial refund or replacement. These will be considered on a case to case basis and is at the discretion of Lana’s Basket.
