Back for 2026!

We're back! Processing times are currently 2-4 weeks excluding shipping which varies depending on where in the world you are. Please remember, customers are responsible for following the  where abouts of their parcel, and any import fees/taxes are to be paid by the customer.

 

Where's my order?
If you are expecting a parcel that hasn't arrived yet, please check your emails for your tracking number.

These are sent automatically once the status of your order is changed, so do check your junk mail as it may end up in there.  
Once parcels are in the postal system, I'm only able to see as much as you are in terms of your parcel's journey, so it's really important

that customers keep track of this for any potential disruption or delays. Please keep in mind that international orders placed after 1st December,

and UK orders placed after 8th December were advertised across the website to be unlikely to arrive in time for Christmas. 

 

In placing an order with us, you have already agreed to the terms listed below:

  • If my health ever prevents me from working, I may still be forced to cancel orders. This would be an absolute last resort but is something we want to ensure everyone is aware of as a possibility.

 

  • ​Parcels will be dispatched as soon as possible however customers should be aware that during usual times (ie outside of national holidays)
    all orders are subject to at least 2 weeks processing time, regardless of any previous processing times.

  • Shipping disruption is still very much a possibility both nationally and internationally. International customers in particular could face delays of at least 8 weeks. For this reason, we cannot guarantee delivery times and encourage you to place your order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
     

Other important reminders

Customers must follow the tracking progress of their order. Where tracking dates remain unchanged for significantly long periods of time, we advise contacting your local sorting office for further assistance. Unfortunately this is not something we are able to do on your behalf, but if you have trouble locating your tracking details we are more than happy to send these over as you will need this to hand when contacting the sorting office.

As explained across our shop, all international orders are subject to import taxes and/or fees that are the responsibility of the customer. If your order is returned to us as a result of being unclaimed or refused, we may be able to resend it for you but you will be required to cover the cost of reshipping. We will not be able to do this until your parcel has made it back to us. We reserve the right to cancel orders that are returned to us, based on our circumstances at the time. Custom design cutlery cannot be refunded.
