UK Shipping
Stationary orders are sent via 2nd class ‘Signed For’. Delivery for this service is advertised by Royal Mail as being approximately 3 working days. If you require a faster service, you can choose to upgrade at the check out to 1st class ‘Signed For’ (delivered in 1 working day).

International Shipping
All international orders are sent via a tracked service and aim to deliver in 5-10 working days. Wherever possible, this will be tracked and signed for service, allowing you to follow the progress of your parcel.

Please note that ALL orders are still subject to delay, regardless of location or shipping method. Although incredibly frustrating for us as well as you, this is unfortunately something that's completely out of our control and can occur without prior notice. In the unlikely event that your order is lost or significantly delayed, you may be entitled to a partial refund or replacement. These will be considered on a case to case basis and is at the discretion of Lana’s Basket.
