Custom design dessert spoon

NOTE: It is absolutely vital that you provide an email address at the point of purchase, and keep an eye on your inbox and junk box incase we need to contact you about your order. How can I customise my dessert spoon?
Our cutlery is handstamped using individual letter/number/design punches, and not engraved. This means we can only work with the tools that we have. With this in mind, any symbols, signs, emoji’s, pictures or punctuation requests other than those listed below, will be omitted.

We are able to hand stamp personalised designs using the following:
- newsprint font A - Z uppercase and lowercase [image 2]
- newsprint font numbers 0-9
- standard font A - Z uppercase only (available in 3 sizes: 2.0mm/2.5mm/3.0mm) [image 3]
- standard font numbers 0-9 (available in 3 sizes: 3 sizes: 2.0mm/2.5mm/3.0mm)

DESIGN STAMPS:
- punctuation - $ " ! , ? ) ( @ . # ; (approx 3.0mm)
- heart shape (3 sizes: 2.0mm/2.5mm/3.0mm)
- star shape (approx 3.0mm)
- flower shape (approx 3.0mm)

Unless otherwise specified, your custom design dessert spoon will be stamped and positioned as we feel best. If you would like your design to feature our standard font, but with an emphasis on a certain word/words, please use capitals to indicate where you would like things to stand out. For best effects, we recommend (and will use by default unless otherwise instructed) combining our 2mm stamps with the 3mm. You can also ask to have a combination of font styles. If this is something you would like, select either option for your font style and then pop us a message to let us know how you would like your spoon to look in a little more detail.

As with all of our products, the handstamping process will ensure that each piece is absolutely unique and no two spoons will ever be the same. The characteristics that define them as original mostly come from the handstamping technique. This means the wording and individual letters may not always be completely straight and will never look exactly the same as the cutlery pictured. In addition to this, the nature of stainless steel will mean that some pieces may have minimal blemishes, although we feel these only further celebrate the individualities of each item and add to the charm that makes your cutlery truly unique to you

UK Shipping
All UK orders are now sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Delivery for this service is advertised by Royal Mail as being approximately 2 working days. If you require a faster service, you can choose to upgrade at the check out to Tracked 24 (delivered in 1 working day). Both services will have a tracking numbers that allow you to see each step of the shipping process as your order makes its way through the Royal Mail network.

International Shipping
We highly recommend that our international customers continue to choose a tracked shipping service when placing their order, however we do recognise that this is often a big cost and so we now offer a more budget friendly economy shipping service. This is a non tracked service. By choosing this as your shipping method, you the customer understand and accept that under no circumstance will a refund or replacement be offered in the event of loss, damage or delay. International orders sent via a tracked service aim to deliver in 5-10 working days. Wherever possible, this will be tracked and signed for service, allowing you to follow the progress of your parcel.

Please note that ALL orders are still subject to delay, regardless of location or shipping method. Although incredibly frustrating for us as well as you, this is unfortunately something that's completely out of our control and can occur without prior notice. In the unlikely event that your order is lost or significantly delayed, you may be entitled to a partial refund or replacement. These will be considered on a case to case basis and is at the discretion of Lana’s Basket.
