'BEE happy' long spoon/drink stirrer [seconds]

Please be aware that this piece is very light to hold due to it's more delicate density. This means they are liable to flex or even bend if used for anything other than stirring a drink or possibly for eating something like yogurt. We personally feel these are better suited as a decorative piece or drink stirrer. The spoon head is also extremely small in comparrision to our regular cutlery which should be taken into consideration. It's also important to note the visible glue that holds the bee in place. This should not be removed as it could damage the piece. In addition to this, we strongly advise taking great care not to drop your bee spoon as this too will likely break the piece. please ensure you view all images to get an idea of whether this spoon is suitable for yourself or a loved one.

As with all of our products, the hand stamping process will ensure that each piece is absolutely unique and no two spoons will ever be the same. The characteristics that define them as original mostly come from the hand stamping process. This means the wording and individual letters may not always be completely straight and will never look exactly the same as the cutlery pictured. In addition to this, the nature of stainless steel means that some pieces may have minimal blemishes, although we feel these only further celebrate the individualities of each item, adding to the charm that makes your cutlery truly unique to you.

UK Shipping
All UK orders are now sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Delivery for this service is advertised by Royal Mail as being approximately 2 working days. If you require a faster service, you can choose to upgrade at the check out to Tracked 24 (delivered in 1 working day). Both services will have a tracking numbers that allow you to see each step of the shipping process as your order makes its way through the Royal Mail network.

International Shipping
We highly recommend that our international customers continue to choose a tracked shipping service when placing their order, however we do recognise that this is often a big cost and so we now offer a more budget friendly economy shipping service. This is a non tracked service. By choosing this as your shipping method, you the customer understand and accept that under no circumstance will a refund or replacement be offered in the event of loss, damage or delay. International orders sent via a tracked service aim to deliver in 5-10 working days. Wherever possible, this will be tracked and signed for service, allowing you to follow the progress of your parcel.

Please note that ALL orders are still subject to delay, regardless of location or shipping method. Although incredibly frustrating for us as well as you, this is unfortunately something that's completely out of our control and can occur without prior notice. In the unlikely event that your order is lost or significantly delayed, you may be entitled to a partial refund or replacement. These will be considered on a case to case basis and is at the discretion of Lana’s Basket.

The hand stamping detail given to all of our items, as well as the nature of stainless steel, means all of our products are likely to have minor knocks and wobbles. 'Sample' pieces are usually prototype designs or designs used for social media purposes. They are usually one of a kind and share the same quirks of 'seconds' cutlery. 'Seconds' are current designs that we consider unsuitable to sell at full price as their imperfections are a little more unique. These quirks are not photographed. The images are for guidance only and the piece will have one or more un pictured flaws. These might include:

• misalignment of design (letters, words, design stamps)
• surface flaws (scratches, scuffs and/or small chips in material)
• double stamping of letters and/or design stamps
• incomplete design stamps
• bent handles and/or knife blades
• restamping where the incorrect letter has been used
• product size (length/width of item is smaller or longer than average utensil)

But hey, “imperfection is perfection to a beautiful perspective!”

Seconds and samples are not recommended for customers who are more sensitive to sensory challenges.
