UK Shipping
​​​​​​​All UK orders are now sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Delivery for this service is advertised by Royal Mail as being approximately 2 working days. If you require a faster service, you can choose to upgrade at the check out to Tracked 24 (delivered in 1 working day). Both services will have a tracking numbers that allow you to see each step of the shipping process as your order makes its way through the Royal Mail network.

International Shipping
All international orders are sent via a tracked service and aim to deliver in 5-10 working days. Wherever possible, this will be tracked and signed for service, allowing you to follow the progress of your parcel.

Please note that ALL orders are still subject to delay, regardless of location or shipping method. Although incredibly frustrating for us as well as you, this is unfortunately something that's completely out of our control and can occur without prior notice. In the unlikely event that your order is lost or significantly delayed, you may be entitled to a partial refund or replacement. These will be considered on a case to case basis and is at the discretion of Lana’s Basket.

The hand stamping detail given to all of our items, as well as the nature of stainless steel, means all of our products are likely to have minor knocks and wobbles. Seconds are items that we consider unsuitable to sell at full price as their imperfections are a little more unique (but hey, “imperfection is perfection to a beautiful perspective!”). These might include:

- misalignment of design (letters, words, design stamps)
- surface flaws (scratches, scuffs and/or small chips in material)
- double stamping of letters and/or design stamps
- incomplete design stamps
- bent handles and/or knife blades
- restamping where the incorrect letter has been used
- product size (length/width of item is smaller or longer than average utensil)

Seconds and samples are not recommended for customers who are more sensitive to sensory challenges.
